For online purchases, PROFUMO DI ORTA will refund the full price of the products excluding shipping costs. These products are understood to be unused, undamaged and with the institutional packaging and labels intact inside the box.
Products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.
PROFUMO DI ORTA reserves the right not to accept the return of those products which, in its opinion, do not comply with the requirements set out above.
Shipping costs for the return of goods shall be borne by the customer.
